Welcome to [Zorviz] (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), an AI tool application that provides AI-generated and creative editing services. Its core services include text-to-image conversion, popular gameplay, image styling, AI dance generation, and AI clothing swapping. 

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") explains how the operator of the App (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Operator") collects, uses, stores, protects, and processes your personal information and related data when you use all services of the App. Please carefully read and fully understand all terms of this Policy before using the App, especially the key terms involving the collection, use, and storage of personal information, as well as the terms that exempt or limit our liability. By clicking "Agree", "Start Using", or continuing to use any service of the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all contents of this Policy. If you do not agree to any part of this Policy, please stop using the App immediately.

I. Information Collection and Use

We adhere to the principle of "minimum necessity" and only collect information necessary for realizing the core services of the App. We do not collect any information unrelated to the services. All collected information is solely used to provide you with high-quality, safe, and stable AI services, and will not be used for any purposes other than those agreed in this Policy without your explicit written consent.

1.1 Information Collection and Use Based on Core Services

- Text-to-Image Conversion: When you use this service, we will collect the text descriptions you input (including style, content, detail requirements, color matching, and scene settings). This information is used to generate images that match your descriptions. This service does not actively collect your personal identification information, facial information, or other sensitive data, unless you actively mention and upload relevant reference materials in the text descriptions.

- Popular Gameplay: The App’s popular gameplay includes various AI-based creative functions (e.g., AI image synthesis, dynamic effect addition, etc.). When you use these gameplay functions, we will collect the materials you upload (images, short clips, etc.) and the parameter settings you select (effect style, duration, etc.), which are only used to realize the corresponding gameplay effects and generate creative works.

- Image Styling: When you use this service, we will collect the images you upload (which may include portraits, scenes, objects, etc.) and the style parameters you choose (such as artistic style, retro style, cartoon style, cool style, etc.). This information is used to optimize and adjust the style of the images, ensuring the generated stylized works meet your expectations.

- AI Dance Generation: When you use this service, we will collect the images or short video clips of human figures you upload (for action reference), as well as the dance style, rhythm, and duration parameters you select. We will extract the human figure outline and action feature data from the uploaded materials to generate dynamic AI dance works. We will not collect unnecessary personal information, and facial information will only be collected if the uploaded materials contain complete faces and are necessary for dance effect generation.

- AI Clothing Swapping: When you use this service, we will collect the images containing human figures you upload, and extract the human figure outline, body shape, and posture feature data. This information is used to match clothing templates, realize clothing replacement effects, and generate clothing swapping works. We will not additionally collect facial detail information unless the images you upload include complete faces and are necessary for the clothing swapping effect.

1.2 Special Collection and Use of Sensitive Information (If Applicable)

If you upload images containing facial information when using services such as image styling, AI dance generation, or AI clothing swapping (where facial information is necessary for effect realization), facial information (as sensitive personal information) will be collected strictly in accordance with the "minimum necessity" principle. The specific rules are as follows:

- We only collect facial feature data necessary for realizing the service, and do not collect redundant facial details (such as facial blemishes, tattoos, etc., which are not required for service realization);

- Facial information is only used for work generation in the current service scenario. After the work is generated, it will not be used for service optimization, algorithm training, data statistics, or any other purposes, except for the storage period agreed in this Policy;

- You can apply to delete the uploaded facial information and related feature data at any time. We will complete the deletion operation in a timely manner after receiving your valid application and feedback the result to you;

- If you upload other people’s facial information, you must obtain their explicit written consent in advance and ensure that you have the legal right to use it. Otherwise, you shall bear all responsibilities arising therefrom.

1.3 Collection and Use of Device and Log Information

To ensure the normal operation of the App, optimize the service experience, and prevent security risks, we will automatically collect non-personally identifiable device and log information when you use the App, including but not limited to: device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, network type (Wi-Fi, mobile data, etc.), usage duration, operation records, error logs, and APP version number.

We will aggregate and analyze the above information to troubleshoot APP faults, optimize service processes, improve the accuracy of AI generation effects, and adapt the App to different device environments. This information will not be associated with your personal identification information for use.

II. Information Storage

2.1 Storage Period

- Facial Information (If Collected): Including the facial images you upload, the extracted facial feature data, and the relevant derivative data generated during service processing, the storage period is strictly limited to 7 days, calculated from the date you complete the upload of facial information. After the 7-day period expires, the system will automatically trigger a full deletion process to completely clear all facial-related information, without any backup, cache, or transfer in any form.

- Other Service-Related Information: The images, video clips, text descriptions you upload, and the generated works will be automatically cleared within 72 hours after the service is completed if you do not actively save them; if you choose to actively save them, they will be stored until you actively delete them or uninstall the App. After uninstalling the App, the works and related data saved locally will be deleted synchronously, and the data saved in the cloud can be applied for deletion after re-logging in to the App.

- Device and Log Information: Stored only for a reasonable period necessary for service optimization, fault troubleshooting, and version adaptation, generally no more than 6 months. After the expiration, the information will be automatically anonymized (converted into non-identifiable data) or completely deleted.

2.2 Storage Method and Security

We store your information in cloud servers and your local device that meet industry security standards, and adopt multiple encrypted storage technologies (including transmission encryption SSL/TLS, storage encryption AES, etc.) to ensure that your information is protected throughout the entire process and prevent it from being illegally accessed, stolen, tampered with, or leaked.

We will select server providers with corresponding security protection capabilities, sign strict confidentiality agreements with them, clarify the scope and obligations of information processing, and conduct regular supervision and inspection to ensure that the stored information is safe and compliant.

2.3 Active Deletion and Early Deletion

During the information storage period, you can apply to delete all the information you uploaded (including facial information, images, text descriptions, generated works, etc.) through the "Settings - Privacy Management" entrance in the App. We will complete the deletion operation within 24 hours after receiving your valid application and feedback the deletion result to you. After deletion, the relevant information cannot be recovered (unless you have backed it up in advance).

III. Information Protection

We attach great importance to the security of your information and have established a complete information security protection system, adopting industry-leading technical and management measures to fully protect the security of your information.

- Technical Protection: We adopt end-to-end encryption for information transmission, encrypted storage for information storage, and regularly conduct security vulnerability scans, system upgrades, and penetration tests to timely fix potential security risks. For sensitive data such as facial information, we adopt additional multi-layer encryption protection measures to ensure that it cannot be decrypted or used without authorization.

- Management Protection: We establish strict information security management systems, clarify the information processing rights and responsibilities of employees, conduct regular information security training and assessment for employees who have access to your information, and sign confidentiality agreements with them. We implement hierarchical permission management, only authorized employees can access your information within the necessary scope, and all access behaviors are recorded and audited for traceability.

- Third-Party Supervision: If it is necessary to entrust third-party service providers to provide technical support such as server storage and data encryption for service needs, we will strictly review the qualifications and security capabilities of the third parties, sign strict confidentiality agreements, and conduct full-process supervision and management of their information processing behaviors to ensure that they only process your information within the authorized scope and take effective security protection measures.

Please note that there is no absolute security in the Internet environment. Although we have taken the above strict security protection measures, we still cannot completely avoid information security risks caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (such as force majeure, network attacks, illegal operations by third parties, technical limitations, etc.). In case of such situations, we will immediately activate the emergency response mechanism, take remedial measures to minimize losses, and timely inform you of the relevant situation (if required by applicable laws and regulations).

IV. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We promise not to share, transfer, or disclose any of your personal information and related data to any third party without your explicit written consent, unless it falls under the following circumstances:

- To realize the core services of the App, and the third-party service provider has signed a strict confidentiality agreement with us, and only uses your information within the necessary scope (such as server storage service providers, which only provide storage services and do not use your information for any other purposes);

- Required by applicable laws, regulations, rules, or competent authorities (such as courts, regulatory agencies) to provide information;

- Disclosed within a reasonable and necessary scope to protect your legitimate rights and interests, our legitimate rights and interests, or maintain public interests and social order;

- Voluntarily shared by you to third parties (such as when you share the generated works to social platforms, the relevant information will be processed in accordance with the rules of the corresponding social platforms);

- In the event of enterprise merger, division, acquisition, restructuring, or other changes, your information will be transferred to the successor subject of the App’s operations. We will inform you in advance of such transfer and ensure that the successor subject continues to abide by all terms of this Policy to protect your information security.

V. Your Rights

During the period of using the App’s services, you have the right to access, inquire, correct, delete, and withdraw consent to your personal information in accordance with applicable laws. You can exercise the relevant rights through the following methods:

- Right of Access and Inquiry: You can inquire about the information you uploaded, the generated works, the storage status of information, and the use scope through the "Settings - Privacy Management" entrance in the App;

- Right of Correction: If you find that the information you uploaded or input is incorrect (such as uploading the wrong image, inputting the wrong text description), you can apply for correction through the above entrance or contact customer service for assistance;

- Right of Deletion: You can apply to delete all your relevant information (including facial information, images, text descriptions, generated works, etc.) at any time. For specific operations, refer to "II. Information Storage - 2.3 Active Deletion and Early Deletion" of this Policy;

- Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent to the collection and use of your information at any time (such as stopping using services involving facial information and withdrawing consent to facial information collection). However, after withdrawing consent, you may not be able to continue using the relevant services, and we will stop collecting and using such information, but it will not affect the legality of the information processing behaviors completed based on your consent in advance;

- Right of Complaint and Suggestion: If you have any questions, complaints, or suggestions about the collection, use, storage, or protection of your information, you can contact us through the contact information agreed in this Policy, and we will handle it for you in a timely manner.

To ensure your information security and prevent others from using your identity to exercise the above rights, you may need to provide simple identity verification information (such as verification of the bound contact information) when exercising your rights. We will strictly keep your verification information and delete it immediately after the verification is completed.

VI. Policy Modification and Notification

With the update of applicable laws and regulations, the optimization and upgrading of the App’s services, and the changes in market demand, we may modify this Policy. The modified Policy will be publicized through prominent positions in the App (such as pop-ups, announcement pages, setting pages) and take effect from the date of publicization.

If the modified content involves major changes to your core rights (such as changes in the scope of information collection and use, changes in the storage period of sensitive information), we will additionally notify you through a more eye-catching method (such as sending a reminder message to your registered contact information) before the modified Policy takes effect. Your continued use of the App’s services after the modified Policy takes effect shall be deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to the modified Policy. If you do not agree to the modified Policy, you can stop using the App’s services, and we will process your relevant information in accordance with this Policy.

VIII. Other Terms

1. This Policy shall take effect from the date you first use the App’s services and terminate on the date you stop using the App’s services and we delete all your relevant information.

2. If any clause of this Policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable due to non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of other clauses, and the invalid or unenforceable clause shall be replaced by a clause that is valid, enforceable, and closest to the original intention of the clause.

3. Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under this Policy shall not be deemed as a waiver of such right, nor shall it affect our subsequent exercise of such right.

4. We reserve the final interpretation right of this Policy, but this right shall not violate the mandatory provisions of applicable laws and regulations or damage your legitimate rights and interests.
